
Ashlyn Hazel Francis is a Research Assistant and psychologist with a background in Clinical Psychology. She currently works at the Cognitive Neurology Lab, NIMHANS, contributing to an NIH-funded project focused on dementia risk, cognitive resilience, and healthy ageing. Her role involves participant recruitment and screening, administration of cognitive and language assessments, coordination of MRI sessions, and research data management.
